I have been a loyal customer of Gallegos Plumbing, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The quality of service I initially received has noticeably declined, and my last two interactions have involved issues with the work performed. When I reached out to address these concerns, I encountered a poor customer service experience. I rated them two stars because they remain responsive and scheduling is easy. However, during the most recent job, the work was left unfinished and they showed up 2 hours outside of the scheduled timeframe. When I contacted the office to inquire about the missing escutcheon, the plumber responded with an unprofessional reason, stating it didn’t fit so he left it off. To make matters worse, he sent a sarcastic message about returning to complete the job and did so without prior communication. This was my second unsatisfactory experience, so I’ve decided to seek out another local plumber for my future needs. I genuinely wanted to continue working with Gallegos, but I shouldn't have to ask for basic communication, especially when faced with unprofessional responses and subpar/inconsistent service.

I called Gallegos Plumbing today because my water bill reflected that I had a continuous water leak causing my bill to double. When I called Gallegos Plumbing they had a leak detection technician here within an hour. Jordan was able to find the main line leak, had a solution to reroute and replace the main line away from the large tree roots that caused the problem and scheduled the repair for tomorrow, Saturday. Gallegos Plumbing always has a quick response, helpful and polite customer service office staff, knowledgeable technicians, reasonable prices, and reliable service. In the two years I’ve called them for service they have cleared drains, replaced my water heater and replaced my whole house water filtration system. I highly recommend Gallegos Plumbing and will always use them for my plumbing needs!

Richard works diligently, thoroughly, and, with excellent communication to accurately diagnose what is wrong with our plumbing issues. His careful process of removing needed elements (clean out covers, toilets, etc) of the house demonstrated his clear mastery of the plumbing needs associated with a functioning home. He let us know his process and subsequent results, as he worked, ensuring we understood the scope of the issues. He filmed underground pipes with commentary about what was being shown giving us confidence of his skills. His follow up report, including visuals, was delivered in a timely manner helping us to set up next steps for repair. Richard is an excellent technician with a kind and communicative demeanor. We could not be happier to work with him. He is a talented plumber!! Gallegos office staff has been very helpful and prompt with requests as well. Great company with great people!!

I needed to have a new water softener installed, as well as some hose bibs repaired. After getting several quotes, I decided to go with Gallegos plumbing, who was also highly recommended by my neighbor. Here’s why, Nick came out to look at the job, and had a written quote ready the next day as promised. The quote was very thorough, and competitive. Nick, and Fernando came out to do the job. They called to let me know that they were on the way, and even checked to make sure that I had potassium chloride for the softener, while they were on the way, in case they needed to pick some up. They explained everything to me, and came to me when they ran into a couple of issues while doing the job. They worked neatly, and thoughtfully, always considering what made sense aesthetically. When they left, the garage and laundry room looked just as clean as when they arrived. They tested the system and didn’t leave until they were sure that everything was working well. I was very impressed with their work ethic, and the job that they did. Nick and Fernando were awesome. If you’re looking to have some plumbing work done, look no further than Gallegos Plumbing! I highly recommend them!

I would like to complement you on your choice of employees, particularly Margarito. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional on our water heater installation. I would happily do business with Gallegos Plumbing in the future.

Gallegos plumbing did a very nice job of doing some plumbing for us. Their estimate was fair. They did try to minimize the amount of mess from doing the work, which I truly appreciate. I will not go into the details of the work. My home is now doing well after their work. The only thing I can say about the job is that I wished that the openings that were done to reach the problem areas were cut a little cleaner and straight or cut down the center of a stud. It would have made the wall repair a lot easier for me to fix. The plumbing work was professional as was the dealings with all of the staff. I would hire them again and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Tyler came to the rescue and cleaned out a chronic drain. He was prompt, professional and patient. And took the time to explain possible remedies for our plumbing issues. Thank you Gallegos Pluming for having a great technician, as well as scheduling staff! They are an amazing asset to your company!

Gallegos Plumbing are the best! I keep going back to them for all of my plumbing needs. They’ve serviced my water heater many times, came to my rescue when my bathroom faucet blew and sprayed water everywhere, fixed a leak in our wall coming in on the main line and just recently replaced several of my old tired broken and worn out bathroom sink faucets. They are professional and friendly and I will keep turning to them time and time again whenever I have plumbing issues! I trust them to do an excellent job. Thank you Gallegos!
